This is a great exercise utilizing the dip machine for those just starting to target the lower abs by raising the legs to a parallel level with the ground.
Using an exercise ball, this exercise not only focuses on the hamstrings but puts a great deal of emphasis on balance and form.
Similar in execution to knee raises, leg raises target the middle and lower abdominals while more substantially involving the quads and obliques.
Useful for targeting the lower aspect of the trapezius, t-bar rows with chest support allow for this exercise to be performed without requiring the use of the lower back to support the rest of the body.
